Spiritual Services Statement

These offerings are spiritual and activating in nature. They're intended to increase consciousness, expand awareness, and support sacred personal growth, drawing from oracle, symbolism, meditation, sacred conversation, energetic practices, Human Design, sound, breath awareness, Kundalini-informed ceremony, and spiritual teachings.

These offerings are not psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, crisis care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed mental-health or healthcare services. No specific physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, or energetic outcome is guaranteed. Each Seeker remains responsible for their own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.

This practice is intended for adults 18 years of age and older.

Oracle Reading Terms

Oracle Card Readings are offered for spiritual insight and reflection. They do not guarantee or determine future events. We don't make decisions on your behalf, and readings do not replace legal, financial, medical, or mental-health guidance. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Awareness Audit Scope

The Awareness Audit is a spiritual and reflective conversation — not psychotherapy or counseling, and not psychological, psychiatric, or medical diagnosis. It is not crisis support. Any language about nervous-system responses is observational and educational, not clinical diagnosis. Seekers remain responsible for seeking licensed care when appropriate.

Kundalini Ceremony Consent

Kundalini Activation Ceremony is the activation of your own life force energy — we offer the space; what moves through it is yours, not ours. Participation is voluntary and experiences vary widely: spontaneous movement, sound, sensation, vision, deep stillness, or nothing perceptible at all are all common and all complete. No specific awakening, release, or outcome is guaranteed — this is a sacred craft, not a performance, and nothing is forced. You may pause or end a ceremony at any time. Non-contact practice is the default; any physical contact requires your explicit consent in advance and may be withdrawn at any time. Relevant health considerations should be disclosed before participation. This is not medical or mental-health treatment, and you should consult an appropriate professional when needed. Group ceremonies (up to 6 participants) follow these same principles individually for each person present. This offering is available to adults 18 and older only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations made the same day as the session, but more than 2 hours before it, receive a 50% refund. Cancellations are not accepted within 2 hours of a session — sessions cancelled or missed inside that window are not refunded.

Late Arrival Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. If more than 10 minutes pass without you joining or arriving, the session is considered cancelled and is not refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled sessions follow the Cancellation Policy above. Completed sessions are not eligible for a refund based on outcome or experience.

Privacy Policy

Information shared before, during, or after a session is kept private and used only to prepare for and provide that session. It is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what's necessary to process scheduling and payment.

Contact Form Privacy

Information submitted through the contact or intake forms is used only to respond to your inquiry or prepare for your session, and is not added to a mailing list without separate, explicit consent.

Recording Policy

We don't record sessions unless explicitly agreed in advance. Please don't record a session without our knowledge and consent.

Confidentiality Expectations

What is shared in a session is held in confidence. This is a spiritual practice, not a licensed clinical relationship, and does not carry legal confidentiality protections such as therapist-client privilege.

Emergency and Crisis Limitations

This practice is not equipped for emergency, crisis, or life-threatening situations. If you are in crisis or danger, please contact emergency services or a licensed crisis resource in your area.

Accessibility Statement
