Kundalini Activation works with what many traditions call Prana, Chi, or Shakti — the life force energy already within you. Through breath, sound, and stillness, we open a receptive space and offer this frequency; what moves through it from there is yours, not ours. This is a sacred craft, not a performance, and nothing is forced.

Ceremonies generally include grounding, intention, an extended energy transmission, and a closing return to stillness. What arises is different for everyone — spontaneous movement, sound, heat, emotion, vision, or complete quiet are all common, and all complete.
